So we happily settle down at this unpretentious taqueria in the historic center which offers diners several regional specialties (considered by many to be among the best in the city), including peinecillo, carnaza, and of course, al pastor — all topped with spicy red salsa. Beautiful, good, and inexpensive. We love it!
